“NOVOMATIC Africa (PTY) Ltd. is proud to announce that on March 7, 2022, its subsidiaries in Namibia acquired all gaming assets of the gaming-hall operator Bandits Group, established in 2005, consisting of four gaming halls, thereof three in Windhoek and one in Rehoboth, with a total number of 50 licensed gaming machines. The four gaming halls are currently operated by 52 well-trained and dedicated staff. The acquisition of the Bandits Group strengthens NOVOMATIC’s presence in Namibia which now has a total of 10 gaming halls and more than 80 staff, forming a strong base for further growth in the country.”
